A honeyed, floral and spicy nose with hints of ginger and stone fruit. Ripe, sun-dried citrus characters on the palate with savoury notes and a creamy texture. Fresh, balanced acidity and a bitter lemon twist on the finish.
 
3 x Ca’ di Ponti Catarratto, Sicily, Italy- 12.5% ABV
Ripe stone fruit aromas with hints of barley sugar and a lightly herbal note. Peach and lemon zest characters on the palate, gently honeyed, and finishing with fresh citrus acidity.
 
3 x Ca’ di Ponti Nero d’Avola, Sicilia - ABV 12.5%
A deeply coloured, full-flavoured red with aromas of wild plum and black cherry. The palate combines abundant brambly fruit flavours with lightly spicy and savoury notes, a hint of bitter chocolate and chewy, ripe tannins.
