Aromas of dark cherry and blackberry plus a rich, round palate of red berry fruit are complemented by toasty, vanilla notes that bring a touch of spice to the finish. Great on its own or with stews.
1 x Baglio Gibellina, U. Passimiento, DOC Sicily, Italy - 13.5%
Bright intense red fruit on the nose displaying lots of red berries. The palate is warm and full-bodied with harmonious acidity and smooth and elegant tannins.Great on its own or amazing with pasta or cheeses.
1 x Ontañón Rioja Crianza, DOCa Rioja - 14%ABV
Intense black fruit and warm spice on the nose. Good depth of flavour on the palate with ripe, plush fruit, balancing freshness and supple tannins. A very approachable yet classic Crianza. Great on its own or with Chicken, Game or cheeses.
1 x Uggiano Fagiano Riserva, Chianti DOCG, Italy - 13.5%
Warm, rich aromas of black cherry, dried fruits, spice and lightly balsamic notes. Richly flavoured and generous on the palate - with spicy, meaty notes balancing plum characters, fresh cherry acidity and lightly herbal characters. A well structured and integrated wine with great concentration and complexity.
1 x Juan Gil Yellow Label Monastrell, DO Jumilla, Spain - 14% ABV
The nose has rich plum and bramble characters, with delicate vanilla spice and cedar. The palate has layers of ripe fruit, blackcurrant, blackberry, spicy plum and cherry, and fine tannins balanced by bright acidity. A juicy and generous glass well-suited to those who like their wines on the hedonistic side. Great with Stews.
1 x Pablo y Walter Malbec, Valle de Uco, Argentina, -  14%ABV
A really pure expression of Malbec, deep red almost purple in colour and wonderfully aromatic with lifted violet, red currant and cassis notes. Muy, muy fantasticó – richly bloody, vibrant, Latin and velveteen. Great with Steak!
