Blackberry, plum fruit and sweet spice. The palate is silky and warming with more black fruit, like dark cherry pie. The wine is vibrant with an alluring blend of fruit along with clove, pepper and cinnamon spice finished off with well-structured integrated tannins.
 
1 x Fantini Sangiovese Terre di Abruzzo, Italy - 13%ABV
This is a youthful and appealing wine, garnet red in colour and intense on the nose with vibrant strawberry and black cherry aromas. On the palate, it has bright fruity notes of red fruits and morello cherry, with subtle vanilla characters from the oak. The wine is well-balanced and medium-bodied with structured, firm tannins
 
1 x Baron de Badassière, Carignan IGP Côtes de Thau, Languedoc, France - 13%
This lighter expression of Carignan shows fresh crushed cherries on the nose. On the palate is a mixture of blackberry, blueberry and raspberry. Fresh and crisp, this wine is perfect for a warm summer evening.
 
1 x 16 Stops Shiraz, McLaren Vale, Australia- 14% ABV
This particular Shiraz is deep crimson in colour, with a lifted nose of dark plum, berries, black pepper and some notable spice.Lovely long finish.
 
1 x Montsablé, Pinot Noir, IGP Haute Vallée de L'Aude, Limoux, France- 13% ABV
Intense dark cherry and blackberry fruit on the nose, a rich round palate with notes of red summer fruits such as raspberry as well as darker berried fruit. Nicely integrated oak adds to the structure, and lends a spiciness to the long finish.
