This wine is ruby red in colour with violet tones. It has intense and complex perfumes of red cherries and blackberries, with some spice and leather which follow on to the palate. It has a rich and velvety texture, generous tannins and great length.
 
1 x Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand, ABV 13.5%
A vibrant combination of fresh basil and spicy tomato leaves, with tangy nashi pear and mandarin, sprinkled with a little lemon zest. A highly perfumed wine with blossom-like floral aromas and a subtle flintiness that alludes to an underlying core of minerality. A mouth-watering, refreshing style with a deliciously crisp, yet luscious finish.

This is an elegant, unoaked Mâcon-Charnay. Ripe citrus notes on the nose, with a complex palate which balances richness with a gently herbaceous and mineral streak.
