The Bellefontaine wines are accessible, southern French varietals made to be enjoyed with food. From the sundrenched vineyards of the Languedoc, this unoaked Chardonnay is light on its feet yet packed with a zesty citrus twist.
 
Very pure and bright, with an attractive nose of white flowers, warm hay and ripe lemon aromas. Zesty acidity is nicely complemented by the richness and peach notes on the palate with a hint of pear.
 
Classically served with fish or salad, and would be lovely with fresh bread and cheese for an impromptu lunchtime picnic.
